中新网7月14日电 曾演活金庸笔下“老顽童”周伯通的香港无线资深艺人秦煌，前晚（12日）在长洲乘渡轮时意外失足堕海，头部撞向木桩导致重伤昏迷，被送往东区医院深切治疗部（ICU）急救，情况一度危急。其好友李家声昨日到医院探望秦煌后，指他已经苏醒并度过危险期，跟他说话时会点头并挪动手指作回应，但因目前仍有肺积水及轻微胃炎，故要继续留医ICU观察。
据香港媒体报道，现年60岁的无线资深艺员秦煌(原名梁日成)，前晚与李家声等友人到长洲消遣后，全身酒气的他在乘渡轮返回市区期间，于渡轮与码头之间的踏板上失足堕海，头部撞向木桩重伤昏迷，由直升机送往东区医院急救，情况一度危殆，留医深切治疗部(ICU)。昨日上午约9时，秦煌被医护人员推离ICU到另一部门检查，只见他双目紧闭，额头有明显伤痕，戴上口罩及插喉管，约20分钟后他再被推回ICU。不过李家声昨日探望秦煌后，指他中午时分已经清醒并度过危险期。
昨日下午约3时半，双眼通红的李家声到医院探望秦煌，他表示一名姓郭友人于意外期间被秦煌扯跌，撞碎面骨，现正于玛丽医院留院。他昨日下午便是由玛丽医院赶过来的。李家声在医院逗留近两小时后离开，问到秦煌的健康状况时，他说：“他一点多的时候已经醒了，情况并不是很严重，是有肺积水。我告诉他有好多朋友挂念他，他都有点头，挪动手指，他清醒，只不过插着喉管不能说话。他本来在拍《王老虎抢亲》，监制叫我转告他不用担心通告，他都有点头反应。”
但是李家声否认秦煌上船前醉酒：“不是，如果他醉了，起码有四、五个人扶他！”之后李家声接受电话访问时说：“他已经度过危险期，但是胃有小小发炎，肺可能有积水，所以要继续留ICU观察。”
秦煌的女儿昨天下午说：“他已经醒了，多谢大家关心。”至于秦煌太太莫佩雯昨日在电话中指他没有大碍，她说：“他没有事，多谢关心，今日几十万个电话打来，好像我在等着做另一件不开心的事，我自己听到都不开心了。”

香港无线1983年版《射雕英雄传》堪称经典，戏里的每个人物都给观众留下了难以磨灭的印象，尤其是年纪一大把仍天真可爱、疯疯癫癫的“老顽童”周伯通，令人想起来就捧腹。
秦煌是香港出演金庸剧最多的演员，总共演了13部，光是“老顽童”一角他就演了4次！“第一次演‘老顽童’是1975年在佳视，那个电视台早就倒闭了。”30年一晃而过，秦煌至今仍记得第一次换上“老顽童”的衣服，就被导演带到海中央，演骑在鲨鱼身上的戏。后来到了无线台再演“老顽童”，更是驾轻就熟，“越演越疯喽。当年真有趣，周星驰是个跑龙套的，一出来就死了，哈哈。还有吴镇宇等等很多人，现在都没怎么联系了。”
